Thyme is a popular cooking herb with well known antiseptic, antimicrobial and anti-fungus properties. This relatively expensive gourmet honey is delicious on French toast and crepes, but it can also add nice flavor and sweetness to tea and herbal infusions. Culinary aspects aside, thyme honey also provides health benefits thanks to its strong antioxidant, anti-cancer, and anti-allergenic properties.

All the honey produced by MAFRA ORGANIC is still raw and unfiltered, so it always contains all the pollen, enzymes, propolis, vitamins, amino acids, minerals and antioxidants naturally present in the hive.
